The only ‘traffic jams’ in Yelapa happen when two or more friends meet on a path.
The simple questions ‘What time is it?’ or ‘What day's today?’ usually draw a blank.
And although you can go hiking, fishing, riding, flying, and even disco dancing,
the most popular activity is still doing nothing at all.
There are scheduled water taxis or ‘pangas’ between Puerto Vallarta & Yelapa all year, and private transport boats are also available for hire in both locations.
